Peptide Beauty Co is committed to fast, discreet, and reliable dispatch. All orders are processed and shipped from our Australian fulfilment centre. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping typically takes 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $250 AUD. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or a comparable tracked courier service.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
