Our returns and refund policy, clearly explained.
Due to the nature of research-grade peptides, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure product integrity and safety. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
No Returns on Opened Items
We do not accept returns on opened or used items under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all customers. All sales of opened products are final.
Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Unopened Items
Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back — unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit or cash refunds in lieu of a card refund.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions, specifications, and our FAQ carefully before ordering.
