Protocol
Lyophilised peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, insulin syringe (0.3, 0.5, or 1mL U-100), alcohol swabs, and a sterile storage vial if needed.
Enter your vial size, BAC water volume, and desired dose above. Select your syringe size to get the exact IU mark to draw to.
Swab stoppers with alcohol. Draw BAC water and allow it to run down the glass wall — never inject directly onto the lyophilised powder.
Gently swirl — never shake — until fully dissolved. Solution should be clear. Discard if cloudy or particulate matter is visible.
Using a fresh syringe, draw to the IU mark shown in the result panel. 0.3mL = 0–30 IU, 0.5mL = 0–50 IU, 1mL = 0–100 IU.
Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 28 days. Keep from light. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
